We all know a few stocks or cryptocurrencies, right? We can search for them manually in TradingView, but at the end of the day we need a tool that filters thousands of assets based on our criteria. That's what screeners do.

TradingView has 3 screeners: stocks, forex and cryptocurrencies. The stock filter also allows us to select ETFs instead of common and preferred stocks, which not all platforms that provide screening services do.

There are an inexhaustible number of filtering options. The top-level filter is country, which affects the exchanges we use. Then, in addition to the traditional filters on fundamental data such as market capitalization, there are filters on technical indicators. For example, if we are looking for signs of a potential recovery, we can filter stocks using the oversold RSI indicator.

Scenarists also include TradingView ratings, which range from strong sells to strong buys. These ratings are measured based on a number of technical indicators and are very important in the technical details section of individual stocks.
Technical analysis is at the heart of what TradingView offers. For each ticker, they track multiple oscillators, moving averages, and pivots. This, along with time frames, allows them to quickly get an idea of each company's stock price. They can then view real-time ratings for selected time periods for each asset. These ratings are strong sell, sell, neutral, buy and strong buy.
